Mix marinade together; put in plastic bag with chicken for 1/2-1hour. Remove from bag; sprinkle with pepper. Spray non-stick fry pan with cooking spray. Heat over medium head and cook 6 minuets on each side or untill fork can be inserted with ease. I find i have to add more marinade as it is cooking.
